Lightweight partition panel manufacturers are also constantly seeking more advanced technology and higher quality products. High quality lightweight partition board products cannot be separated from advanced lightweight partition production equipment and technology. If lightweight partition panel manufacturers want to improve the quality and production efficiency of wall panels, they not only need to solve it technically, but also need to maintain the production equipment of lightweight wall panels. How should we regularly maintain and repair the production equipment of lightweight partition panels to ensure their quality and production efficiency?

1. Boiler inspection. Regularly check the operating parameters of the heating boiler to ensure that all boiler parameters are within the normal range. Boiler is an important equipment in the foaming process of lightweight partition board production. If the heating temperature is too low or too high, it will cause the polystyrene particles produced by the foaming machine to be of different sizes, affecting the insulation, sound insulation, seismic resistance and other effects of the core material of lightweight partition board products.

2. Inspection of foaming machine and foam bin. Regularly observe the size, speed, and color of the foam particles produced by the foaming machine to ensure that the polystyrene particles produced are of consistent size and meet the quality requirements.

3. Cement mixer truck inspection. Regularly inspect bearings, oil seals, and other easily damaged components, as they are often severely worn out. If severe wear or damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner. At the same time, the mixer and mixing motor should be inspected to ensure even mixing.

4. Mold car inspection. After using the equipment for a period of time, it is necessary to regularly check the mold car, observe whether the mold is deformed, whether there are foreign objects inside the mold car, and whether the mold car is level.

In addition to these, regular training should be provided to the production staff of lightweight partition panels, and reasonable and safe operation manuals should be developed and strictly followed.
